In this technology world, new media seems does not bringing new for people. People are familiar with internet, something like Facebook, Youtube, Bloggers, Twistter, Linkedin and so on. Those websites do bring new sense for people. People did been fresh when new media emerged. Those websites also have significant impacted on people’s life circle. These website not only bring entertainment, but also provide commercial opportunities for people. So many jobs such as designer, freelancer provide for people. Work with new media is totally different with traditional. It is easy for people getting internet access, which means it is more flexible for people when they star to work.

Therefore, working with new media is more flexible and time saving. According to Gill(2007) an important point to note is the extent to which people moved between different work statuses, both over time and at the same time. Job opportunities are more broaden been published on line. People could do their personal projects or work with professional coordinate teams. More and more people become net slaves but also enjoy their work with their enthusiasm.
